General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relations between Caliny (Ana Raquel Teixeira Pais Santos, En Chollet 5, 1418 Vuarrens, Switzerland) and any customer making a purchase on the online store caliny.ch.

1. Orders

By placing an order on our store, you accept these GTC. Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale.

2. Prices

Prices are indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF), including VAT. Caliny reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time of order confirmation.

3. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon order. We accept credit/debit cards, TWINT, and other payment methods available at checkout.

4. Delivery

Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. The delivery time is 7 to 15 business days. In case of exceptional delay, we will inform you by email.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Swiss law, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons. To exercise this right, contact us at contact@caliny.ch.

6. Returns and Refunds

Return shipping costs are covered by Caliny. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. The refund will be made within 14 days after receipt of the return, via the same payment method used during the order.

7. Warranty

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity. In case of a defective product, contact us at contact@caliny.ch.

8. Liability

Caliny cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to the use of products purchased on our store.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These GTC are subject to Swiss law. In case of dispute, the courts of the canton of Vaud have jurisdiction.
